Day 36

We Saw Star Trek, Into Darkness

Well finally we got to see Star Trek. OH MY GOSH it was so damn good. So we went to a 1PM matinee showing again and this time as we were walking in the theater I could hear sounds. YES!!!!!!! It was working, I wouldn't have been happy if it hadn't worked this time. Before we left I made a pot of French Onion Soup, so dinner was ready with very little preparation when the time came. 

Steve and I took the laundry to a laundromat after the movie, not the best way to spend an afternoon but sometimes you have to bite the bullet. The laundromat we went to was very close and when we got there we were the only people around. There was a radio playing, but no one was around. It was almost a little creepy, but the machines were empty and they looked clean so we got busy. An hour and a half later we had four loads of laundry washed, dried, folded, and back in the car to go home. Now lets get to the French Onion Soup. 

As soon as I stepped from the car I was met by shrieks of joy from Geo. Kim had picked him up and had him for the evening. It was so fun today with him again. He's such a cutie!!!!!

Dinner was really good and Alex who doesn't like onions liked it and even Geo ate it and liked it. Who would have thought you could get a 2 year old to eat French Onion Soup? After dinner Catherine came to get Geo, the little guy was so tired, then Kim and I went to do two more little seams on her newest sewing project and it was done. She made the cutest little shopping bag and the darn thing folds up into itself and forms almost a small clutch. She has taken to sewing like a duck to water. I'm so proud of her. 

Tomorrow's plan is bike riding at Valley Forge. I'll be sure to take photos.
